RISC Summer 2026

RISC Summer 2026 is a series of scientific conferences and workshops at RISC or related to RISC. RISC Summer 2026 consists of

• SCML-2026: International Conference on Symbolic Computation and Machine Learning, July 6-8, 2026, Hagenberg, Austria.
• SCDDE-2026: International Conference on Symbolic Computation and Differential and Difference Equations, July 8-10, 2026, Hagenberg, Austria.

Registration

RISC Summer 2026 features our unique facilities with

• the RISC Castle, a medieval castle, the home of RISC, with main lecture hall and seminar rooms,
• the RISC Pond Building, a modern 2-story office building located alongside the pond, with a seminar room and discussion areas,
• a modern hotel directly on campus, Parkhotel Hagenberg Best Western four-star superior, and
• a dormitory on campus, Hotel Sommerhaus Hagenberg.

We encourage participants to book rooms in Hagenberg so that we stay together for intensive interaction during the conference. The above facilities in Hagenberg offer special conditions for RISC Summer 2026 participants. For detailed information on traveling to RISC/Hagenberg we refer to the RISC website.

Accommodation is not covered by the registration for one of the events above and is under the responsibility of the participant.

Should you decide to stay in Linz downtown, you can of course book through your favorite booking partner or visit Linz tourism. The same company that runs Hotel Sommerhaus Hagenberg also offers a student dormitory in Linz near JKU campus, namely Hotel Sommerhaus Linz. There are bus connections from and to Hagenberg, one ride is approximately half an hour depending on the exact choice, details again on the RISC website.
